CRB Documentation

CRB checks will be mandatory for all referees involved in junior games, which in practice is all of us.

I attach now some notes about completing the forms so that when the time comes you have all the available information.

We need 3 pieces of identification. At least one should be Passport, driving licence or birth certificate, and at least one of the others must include current address. The others can be things like utility bills, TV licence, NI card, Credit card statement/bank statement (we only need to see header with name and address not the money so folded over is fine) etc.
