All the resources are currently held on the Forms page, click here to access them. We are delighted that referees and players from all over the globe are using them.
Currently they include advice on pre match briefings, how to handle yellow / red card situations, and how to deal with weather cancellations. There is also all the latest BUCS, BBO, and National Colts Regulations. Other Laws include recent clarifications, front row replacement logic tree, the Laws From 1871 and from 2012 (no material changes since 2011), a guide to the different laws at the various age groups, and a set of famous Myths referees encounter. Assessors, you can download any of the three forms we use from this page.

Society Latest
This month we have added the Law Book for 2012. It is the same as 2011, except the IRB have subtley changed the way pitches are marked out. We have included a before and after diagram helpfuly drawn up by a ref from rugbyrefs.com.
Also added are the Laws from 1881, some of us probably still remember them.
There has been a change by the South West Rugby about which team is responsible for resolving a shirt clash in the leagues...it is now the AWAY team.
If you ref Colts (U19) games, be aware that although the Laws appear to allow squeezeball, some referees find clubs expect it to be outlawed as there will be players from the U18 group playing too.
There is an interesting "What would you do?" question, one where the Laws don't seem to quite deal with a situation. The question is; what would you do if during a sin binning you found a player had been snuck on without you knowing it? Here's a direct link to the article.
